Rust Control Limited has grown from strength to strength since inception, and this growth has touched all its personnel, and people of Local Communities in which they operate including equipment and manpower
The management of Rust Control Limited is committed to work in compliance with the applicable statutory requirements as to deliver high standard quality products and services that meets with our client’s requirements.
To achieve this goal, the company has developed a Quality Management System which has defined the Company’s Quality Policy, applicable to all staff, subcontractors and the work.
The Quality System from where this Policy is drawn describes the management and control systems required to execute the project and these will be in conformity with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 codes.
Once a quality management plan has been drawn and developed for project by the project manager and accepted by the client it becomes mandatory that the project team adheres to the standard procedures and instructions stated in the quality assurance documentation.
This Policy has outlined and define10 key points which are printed in hand bills and distributed to every staff and subcontractors. They should be read, understood, assimilated and applied by every staff and subcontractor to our work.

The management of Rust Control Ltd recognizes the importance of effective HSEQ control in a modern business environment.
In order to demonstrate a firm commitment to HSEQ management the Company has adopted a pro- active approach to all HSEQ related matters.
The Company intends that its operations whether onshore or offshore will be carried out in full compliance with relevant Legal and applicable Industrial codes and Standards including those set out in clients’ contractual agreed documentation.
In order to achieve the objectives asset out in Rust Control HSEQ MS, Rust Control Ltd will make certain that all persons working for and on behalf of Rust Control Ltd are informed of their responsibilities and of the requirement to actively participate and cooperate with management in support of the implementation of this Management System.
Assign clear roles and responsibilities regarding HSEQ, including the right to STOP WORK where conditions or practices are deemed unsafe; Identify, analyze and effectively manage all risks arising from Rust Control activities;
The Company further recognizes the importance of HSEQ leadership and positive demonstration of commitment by management. Demonstration of commitment to HSEQ matters will be shown through the participation, application and involvement in the practical compliance of the Company’s HSEQ Policy and Objectives.
Every Manager, Superintendent and Supervisor shall accept their individual responsibility for HSEQ
matters and treat them with the same level of importance as any other business matters.
This declaration/policy statement is applicable to Rust Control Companies and their subcontractors, as appropriate.
(RCL-HSE-PRO-01) It is the policy of Rust Control Limited to assure that health, safety, environment and security of its employees and all persons likely to be affected by its operations, including, subcontractors, clients and the general public are safe- guarded and guided. The same dedication will be shown to all her operations likewise conservation of the environment.
This policy is the direct responsibility of the company’s managing director who is responsible for the overall implementation of the policy within Rust Control Limited health, environment and safety. Security is a line management responsibility for which individual will be held accountable and it is recognized that implementation by line managers of the policy will lead to greater efficiency and higher standards throughout all departments within the company.
The duty of all employees is to reasonably care for their own safety and that of others. Rust Control Limited is committed to work within the regulations and codes of practices laid down by government agencies, and will liaise closely with all government departments as well as professionals and academic bodies to ensure improvement in HSE regulation, safety audit and equipment inspections shall always be conducted, documented and all lapses identified shall be tackled and closed out immediately.
It is the company’s policy to sustain the appropriate training for her employees and contractor personnel to ensure that her procedure and government regulations are observed. Contractor working for or on behalf of Rust Control Limited will be required to work under the same policy and standards.
